FAQ's are nothing but Frequently Asked Questions. Guruji Narendra Babu Sharma give answers to various questions which are asked by the callers in the programme. Also Guruji give us the knowledge on Hindu Sanathana Dharma, which i have put in FAQ Format. Many People have lot of doubts on Hindu Sanathana Dharma, which i have put in FAQ Format.

• Is reciting Trishati mantra/stotra correct?
  
  
  
  
  
  Avoid reciting Trishati mantra/sloka.
  If you recite, please dont criticize others harshly i.e dont scold others.

• Can we use sugar for pooja purpose?
  
  
  
  
  
  No, we should not use sugar for pooja purpose because a material called 'bone char' was used extensively to remove colour from raw cane sugar in the refining process. Modern technology has largely replaced bone char decolourisation but it is still used in a few refineries so one cannot be categoric about refined cane sugar being suitable for all people's points of view.
  You can use Jaggery (Bella in Kannada ; vellam Tamil) instead of sugar for pooja purpose.

• Is having shower/bath twice a day correct?
  
  
  
  
  
  No, we should not have shower/bath twice a day, either have thrice or once.

• What to do, if you are lack of sleep?
  
  
  
  
  
  Have Curd rice which is also known in Indian languages as Dahi Chawal(Hindi), Thair sadam(Tamil), Mosarnna(Kannada) in dinner.

• During Car Festival or Rathotsava
  
  
  
  
  
  Don't have darshan of Car Festival or Rathotsava from first floor or top most floor of your house. Get down to the ground, offer your prayers and then you can go to top.
