- Mahalaya Amavasya
Dont cook rice on the day of Mahalaya Amavasya.
Remove all old stock, left over food or meat from the Refrigerator day before Mahalaya Amavasya and keep it clean.
Dont go out at night on the day of Mahalaya Amavasya.
After Pithru Karya (Shraaddha/Tarpana) dont go out for shopping, movie etc.. Stay at home only.
- Pradakshina (circumambulation)
Dont offer pradakshina (circumambulation) to Samadhis (shrines of Great Siddhas).
- Pig
If pig is ran over (not only ran over if you just touch it) by your vehicle please sell the vehicle and purchase new one.
