• Milk Weed Flowers :
  
  Everyday offer two milk weed flowers (Bili Yekka in Kannada ; Vellai Erukku in Tamil) to the lord in Pooja Room and keep it in your pocket while leaving the home for good results for the day.

• To get rid of poorva papa karmas (sins) :
  
  Visit any Kshetra (denoting sites of pilgrimage or denote a place where there is a temple or where there is held to have been a person or event of sacred, religious or dharmic importance), sleep a night over there and have bath in nearby by running water river and offer your prayers to Kshetra God or Goddess. This will help in reducing poorva papa kramas (sins).

• Can we put wet clothes on main doors ?
  
  No, we should not put wet clothes like bath towels or any other kind of wet clothes on main doors. Few have habit of putting the wet bath towel on the doors to dry it. Avoid this habit.

• Traditional of giving "Arishina-kumkuma" while any female visit our house :
  
  The women taking the arshina kumkum i.e collecting should sit facing East direction.
